Hiring of a catamaran

178,000 CZK/week (approx. 7,500€ as of 07/2023)

You will board our Copernic, a Lagoon 570 Catamaran at a port in Le Marin, Martinique. At rare times, we set sail from Grenada or the Grenadines. An extra charge will be applied if another port is agreed upon.

In very rare cases, we will refund your money in the unlikely event that our boat is unable to take you on your voyage (therefore, as a precaution, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance). Otherwise, we can arrange hiring another catamaran or yacht at the same price (for example, a smaller boat, Lagoon 440) and we will man the boat with our crew.

We do request a damage deposit of 100 000 Kč per boat up front in the case of minor damage to the boat. However, in the case of damage to the boat due to rough handling by guests or ignoring captain’s instructions, the damage will be claimed up to a maximum amount of 5,000.00 EUR. 

The basic price includes:

Marina dockage fees in Le Marin
, powerboat (dinghy);

Cushions, blankets, linens, bath towels

Rental of a sea kayak

Rental of a limited amount of fishing tackle and snorkeling equipment based on current availability.

The price does not include:

Skipper 150€/day (mandatory)

Hostess 120€/day (voluntary)

Transit log 500€ (mandatory)

Transportation to the location of embarking/boarding the catamaran and return;

Half board


Fees for marinas and anchorages during a cruise, diesel and gasoline;

Entrance fees, and visas in foreign countries; 


Admissions, lending fees, and all other payments to third parties, e.g. divers/guides

Early check-in (before 5 p.m.) - 250€

Late check-out (after 10 a.m.) - 250€

Deposit - 100 000 Kč

How to order

1. Choose a free period of time (any week that is not booked) indicated on our calendar. The calendar is arranged and marked as follows:

A. An unmarked week = that time period is open for booking;                                                                              

B. Booked = a 3 day time limit is being applied e.g. waiting for a deposit
 to be paid;                                                                                    

C. Sold = the deposit has been paid, and that particular time period is no longer available.

2. Calculate on your own an approximate price as per the number of persons and the planned duration of your voyage.


Note: It is possible to request a voyage for an odd number of people and also to plan a trip for longer than two weeks. We will provide a quote for you after a request has been submitted.

3. Fill out a holiday request form and send it off to us.

Note: Once you have submitted your holiday request, we will mark your holiday request on the calendar as “booked.” We will then contact you, come to an agreement on all details, and provide you with a final price. We will then send you a leasing contract (charter). We will keep your booking for no more than 3 days (time limit), and rarely, upon agreement, for a maximum of 5 days. If you fail to pay a deposit, we will remove your booking from the calendar and mark that week as free. 
 A 25% deposit is requested. Once the deposit has been received, the status of your booking will be changed to “sold” on the calendar and we will then help to arrange your flights. 
We request that 3 weeks prior to departure that the remaining amount to be paid in full. Otherwise, if the remaining amount is not received 3 weeks prior, we reserve the right to forfeit the deposit, and open up that particular time period again and mark it as free.
